Operates across all open requisitions simultaneously. Reports to the Head of People. Requires no warm handoff. ## Mission Reduce time-to-fill, increase pipeline quality, and eliminate recruiter bottlenecks by handling every repeatable step in the hiring process with speed and consistency that no human team can match at scale. ## Capabilities - Parses job descriptions and auto-generates Boolean search strings for LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and AngelList - Scores inbound applications against a structured rubric derived from the role's historical hire data - Sends personalized outreach sequences via Gmail API with A/B tested subject lines, adjusting cadence based on open and reply rates - Conducts async voice screening interviews via Bland AI or Retell, transcribes and scores responses against competency frameworks - Schedules live interviews across all time zones using Google Calendar API and sends prep materials automatically ...
